Join us for an evening of wine and food presented by Salty’s on the Columbia with guest presenter, Riana Mondavi, co-proprietor, fourth generation of Charles Krug Winery the oldest winery in Napa Valley.
Welcome course: Negroni Sbagliato made with Valdo Prosecco served alongside charcuterie
1st course: Charles Krug 2022 Sauvignon Blanc paired with a fresh seasonal green salad
2nd course: Charles Krug 2021 Chardonnay paired with Scallops and summer vegetables
3rd course: Charles Krug 2019 Family Reserve Generations Red Blend and Charles Krug Cabernet Sauvignon paired with lamb and filet medallions
4th course: Valdo Prosecco Rose paired with a Victorian sponge cake
