With the cold rainy PNW weather that reigns supreme in the winter we enter a special time of the year when our local bivalves truly flourish and hit their peak. In honor of this we will celebrate the coming weeks with our “Shuck Yeah” bivalve focused festival of dishes, all culminating with a final celebratory, one of a kind, one night only event, appropriately called “Shuck Yeah.”
