We’ve just “sprung forward” with our clocks and I know I’m yearning for lighter, brighter, warmer days, bringing out the crisp, clean patio cushions and furniture and setting the table in my courtyard with linen, candles and fresh flowers with soft twinkling lights dangling above. Sounds glorious to me!

Spring is here and we are ready for it! It’s the season for sweet, flaky halibut fresh out of the icy cold waters of the Pacific Ocean.
Join me and our Chefs at Salty’s on Alki for an evening of hands on cooking with the bounty and freshness of all our Seattle Spring has to offer. You will have your own workstation, apron, knives and do your own chopping, stirring and cooking. We will also have wine pairings selected by our two-time award-winning sommelier, Tim O’Brien.
