Developed in France, the history of Rose wine goes back 2,600 years when the art and culture of winemaking became central to the local way of life. Let us pay respects to the old ways and the new. Join us for a fixed 5-course menu engineered by our astonishing Chefs at Redondo to complement Sommelier selected Rose wines.
