This dish comes with a creamy and well flavored salmon mousse to spread on crispy crostinis
In bowl of a food processor combine salmon, salmon lox, cream cheese, mayonnaise, dill, chives, mustard powder, lemon zest and juice and tabasco. Process until smooth. Scrape bowl and spoon into serving dish.
In a small bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. Spread mousse on toasted baguette slice and top with a spoonful of Mezze Mix.
