Chef's Cocktail Sauce

1 cup chili sauce
1 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Squeeze of 1 lemon

Mix together all ingredients until well blended and refrigerate or serve immediately.

Chef’s Tip: For a spicier cocktail sauce, just add more horseradish.
