GRILLED SALMON ONION MARMALADE

Recipe Yield: 4 portions

Salmon:
4 ea. 6 oz. Salmon Filet
1 oz. Herb Oil
2 tsp. Salty’s Seasoning

Method:

  1. Brush salmon with herb oil and season.
  2. Place on hot grill or grill pan and cook for 3 minutes before turning. Flip after an additional 3 minutes and finish to 130 degrees internal temperature.

Herb Oil:
4 oz. Canola oil
1 tbls. Parsley, chopped
1 tbls. Chives, minced
1 tbls. Thyme, chopped

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients and hold for service.

Onion Marmalade:
2 ea. White onion, julienned
1 C Balsamic Vinegar
¼ C Soy Sauce
1 T White sugar

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients in sauce pan and reduce down to jam consistency.
