Butter Roasted Dungeness Crab

Serves 4

4 ea. Whole Dungeness Crab
8 oz. Whole Butter, unsalted
1 oz. Minced Garlic
½ oz. Minced Shallots
1 Tbls. Salty’s Seasoning
½ oz. White Wine

Method:

  1. Combine butter, shallots, garlic, seasoning and wine in processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Break up crab and spread on sheet pan, topping with butter.
  3. Roast in 450 degree oven for 8 minutes.
