Halibut are among the largest fish in the sea. They can grow to more than eight-feet long and over 700 pounds in weight. Caught in the icy cold ocean waters off Canada and Alaska and then shipped fresh direct to Salty's Seafood Grills, halibut are an excellent source of high-quality protein.
